"What the FUCK just happened?!"

I've been saying that quite a lot in the past few days.

I have also been watching quite a lot of really fucked up movies. I watched "The Departed" on Thursday afternoon with Abby because we got out of school (yes, early out for in-clem-int - as Vicky Poole says- weather). It was really, really good. Really. Good.
But also insanely fucked up, my god, so much killing in that movie. And every second word was "fuck". If you hear an excessive amount of obscene language streaming from my mouth in recent days to come, I apologize in advance.
Today, I watched Fight Club.

Holy shit. That movie is FUCKED UP. I don't know if you guys have seen it or not, but Edward Norton is my freakin' hero. Abby and I watched "The Illusionist" last week, and he was the main character in that as well. It was really beautifully made, and I can't help but repeatedly wonder why Edward Norton is not more famous.
He is in-fuckin'-credible.

In other news, we didn't advance in Mock Trial. I was really, truly disappointed but I think I'll cope. It just didn't seem fair, but then when is life ever fair? My grandfather went in for by-pass surgery on Sunday. He's doing fine now, he's currently in the ICU, but they're moving him out soon. I think he'll be okay.
We had a snow day today, and I didn't really do anything except some cleaning (forced by my mother). I could have used it to study, but I doubt I would have absorbed much anyway.

It's okay.
I'm gonna be okay. I got a little help from Mary, which is always a good thing, and now I think I'm back on the right track.

for now, i'm going to go download "superfreak" by rick james (bitch!) and do the pelvic-thrusting, as seen in Little Miss Sunshine.
I also watched that tonight.

"You know what? Fuck beauty contests. Life is one fucking beauty contest after another. School, then college, then work... Fuck that. And fuck the Air Force Academy. If I want to fly, I'll find a way to fly. You do what you love, and fuck the rest."

Good night.

Edward Norton is simply THE BEST. I adore him. If you haven't seen it yet, watch American History X, it will blow you away. Oh, he's not more famous simply because he does not want to be famous, he's a real actor, not a fluffy celebrity.
